*Single rate is for single occupancy of a double room. Cots are available for a small daily charge. Rates include breakfast, VAT and Service.
Holiday Car Parking
You may leave your car at the Guest House while travelling from Gatwick Airport for only £25.00 per week. No charge is made to guests while staying at the Guest House.
Depending on the availability of transport, there are free courtesy transfers to Gatwick Airport North and South Terminals [at any time of the day or night, and to Horley Railway Station]. Transport from the airport terminals to the accommodation is free between 05:00 and midnight - outside of these hours, a taxi is required.

Cancellation Policy
You have up to 48 hours prior to the booking date in which to cancel without incurring any charges. However, if you cancel on the booking date, or the preceding day, or if you fail to arrive at all, your card will be charged for the full room rate that would have been incurred had you arrived.
